A mixed metal cast braided cuff bracelet worn by Palestinian Bedouin women. The bracelet is probably from the 1940s. It features polyhedral finials and is in reasonable vintage condition. Please note that it fits a very thin wrist.

Similar bracelets can be seen in the Quai Branly Museum (71.1989.25.94.1-2) and the ‎National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

Dimensions:

• The inner circumference is 14 cm (close to 5 1/2") with a further 2 cm (3/4") gap.
• The inner diameter is 6 cm (2 1/4").
• The width is 0.7 cm (3/8") width.
• Weight is 55 g.
